The Geek to BEAST 5 Minute Pushup Challenge

Whoa, this is a few years old now, but a killer workout, especially for shoulders, chest, and arms. The workout is simple, but ridiculously challenging. Set a timer for 5 minutes, and see how many you can complete, with proper form, in 5 minutes. You can rest as much and as long as needed, but the goal is to do as many push-ups as possible!
